The eligibility questionnaire is a free preliminary indication based only on the answers you provide. It is not legal advice, it does not create a solicitor-client or consultant-client relationship, and it does not guarantee that any application will be accepted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. An assessment based on incorrect or incomplete answers may be wrong.

The eligibility check is free. The Professional Assessment that follows is a one-time fee of $279 USD. Any other paid service is agreed separately in writing before work begins.

If our Professional Assessment does not find any immigration program you are eligible for, the $279 USD fee is refunded in full.
